Callista, aka Callie
Callie is the first bitch we’ve kept from our girl Ch Houndmaster Gold Threads. We were lucky enough to be afforded the opportunity to use Absolutely Spotless Zeus over Poppy, and with his clear DNA health results, it has provided us with a lovely little girl to move forward with our breeding.
Whilst she is very full of herself and fiesty, she knows how to turn on the charm when she’s been naughty. Her gorgeous head and pleading expression has certainly got her out of some very sticky situations! But when you are the only girl in a litter with 4 boys, she had to learn how to hold her own and keep her brothers under control!
Callie has been sparingly shown as a baby, and will continue to be until my attempts to achieve Abby’s Grand Championship title are complete.
As a near clone of her half sister Chelsea (Asalei Golden Dream – Poppy x Bo) and so VERY similar to her mother, we are excited about what the future holds for Callie.
We once again, must thank the efforts of Dr Philip Thomas and Dr Xavier Schneider of QVS at Stafford for their expertise and abilities to produce another wonderful litter for us using frozen semen.
